This repository stores the source code of the Data Mapping Tool used in InteropEHRate.
A docker version of this tool is provided through its docker image in "docker-images/karmalinker-2-5-KL2-2-4-r1.targ.gz"
For this reason to run this tool a docker and docker compose environments are required in the deployment machine.
In order to run the data mapping tool you need to run, in the same folder of the docker-compose.yml file, the following command
#docker-compose up
