Bundles the correctness work merged since v0.42.0, headlined by three breaking/semantic changes: - #1056: file resolution is a property of the file (file-dir -> eigs_modules -> eigs.json project root -> stdlib), never the process cwd; for-body module scoping and runtime eval provenance are uniform across roads. - #1102: `report`/`report_value` are reserved observer forms (E005); plus the `-e <source>` CLI flag (#1108). - #1038/#1028: the embed observer gate is open by default (a linked-runtime embedder is never silently all-zero) with an eval-isolation host opt-in; #915's read-free 8.5x is preserved. VERSION 0.42.0 -> 0.43.0; CHANGELOG [Unreleased] -> [0.43.0]; the doc-drift "Latest release" line and llms.txt version stamp updated.
