Harden auth flow and align Vercel deployment

Summary

• harden auth and secret handling across the dashboard and automation scripts
• add source integrity manifest generation and verification for critical files
• align the Vercel deployment layout with a dedicated Python API entrypoint and deployment ignore rules
• add Vercel-oriented dependency and config updates needed for production deployment review

Validation

• npm run security:integrity:verify
• git diff --check origin/main...HEAD

Notes For Review

• main is protected and requires an approving review before merge
• the repo-side Vercel deployment configuration is now structured for review, but live deployment/project-side follow-up may still be needed after merge
• �ermanaut.com is attached to a separate Vercel project, so domain reassignment is not part of this PR
