I am releasing 4.4.1 with the per-request CPU fix from #93 / #94 (the scan time budget charges CPU once per pass instead of once per pattern), in lockstep with the other core engines at 4.4.1.

    Superseded: the next release is 4.5.0, after a full review of the security pipeline.
