The v8.1.1 release notes used ### headings, and the master-only docs lint failed with MD003 (heading-style, expected setext). The categories now lead each bullet, matching earlier entries. pymarkdownlnt scan with the workflow's arguments passes locally.

The v8.1.1 section used ### headings, which the docs lint rejects (MD003 heading-style: the file uses setext headings). The categories now lead each bullet, matching earlier entries.
