The coronary CTA record separates visible evidence, anatomical interpretation, certainty, and needed confirmation. In the blinded run it identified a cardiac/coronary CTA, a complex vascular cluster, probable RCA and LCX relationships, and a coronary fistula or vascular-malformation category while leaving the exact drainage site unresolved. After the caption was supplied, the record reconciled those observations to a coronary artery–left atrial fistula with dual coronary origin.
The MRA presentation is a separate educational audit artifact. It should be read as a structured demonstration of evidence capture and review, not as a clinical performance study.
The artifacts make the reasoning path inspectable: a reviewer can distinguish what is visible, what is inferred, what remains unresolved, and what additional evidence would be needed. That is useful for human review and for auditing overclaiming.
