GeniusBotsLab — Agentic Systems & Reliable AI Automation

10+ years of independent practice in development, integrations, and digital automation.

I design and implement controlled AI systems for multi-step business workflows. Specialized agents research, plan, execute, validate, and hand off work under defined permissions, budget limits, logs, tests, and human approval for consequential actions.

What I build

  • Agentic systems and role orchestration — researcher, analyst, planner, executor, reviewer, validator, and reporting roles connected by explicit handoffs.
  • Long-running workflows — state, queues, schedules, checkpoints, retries, timeouts, alerts, audit logs, and human approval where a decision is consequential.
  • AI-assisted software delivery — AI agents support analysis, implementation, code review, test design, and documentation; architecture, validation, security, release decisions, and accountability remain human responsibilities.
  • Practical, permitted automation — content, images, video, voice, SEO, SMM, consent-based email communications, advertising analytics, and internal operations.

How I work

Process audit → Pilot metrics → Agent roles and access → Build → Tests and QA → Controlled launch → Cost, quality and error monitoring → Improve

The aim is not to “automate everything” or promise a result in advance. I identify repeatable steps, define what remains human-led, and measure workflow value through cycle time, manual hours, cost per operation, quality, and errors.

Cost, quality, and reliability

  • route models according to task complexity and required quality;
  • manage context, cache reusable outputs, and set token and action budgets;
  • validate structured inputs and outputs, run automated checks where criteria are formalized, and use manual review for ambiguous or high-impact results;
  • operate workflows with logs, retry/fallback paths, permissions, and observable delivery status.

Tools and engineering stack

LLM and agents: ChatGPT / OpenAI-compatible APIs · Claude · Claude Code · role-based agents · tool calling · RAG and stateful workflows

Development and operations: Python · TypeScript / JavaScript · SQL · REST APIs · Webhooks · Docker · Git/GitHub · CI · automated tests · databases · queues · monitoring

Automation and media: ZennoPoster for permitted browser workflows · browser/API integrations · Telegram Bot API · ElevenLabs · AI pipelines for text, images, video, and voice

Applied workflow areas

  • Content and media: research, briefs, drafts, localization, images, video workflows, voice, format checks, and publication queues.
  • SEO and SMM: research, content planning, metadata, quality checks, approved publishing workflows, and reporting.
  • Marketing operations: consent-based email lifecycle workflows, creative QA, campaign reporting, CRM/table updates, and notifications.
  • Internal operations: intake classification, data enrichment, summaries, task routing, dashboards, and reports.

All integrations must use authorized accounts, permitted data, and platform-compliant workflows.

Selected public work

  • Social Media Crossposter — a unified workspace for publishing text, images, and video to authorized accounts and channels through permitted integrations.
  • Swarm Agent Coordinator — self-hosted coordination for teams of agents, tasks, roles, and work rooms.
  • TextFix — a Windows utility for AI-assisted text correction through an OpenAI-compatible API.
  • NeuroMedia Marketplace — a public multilingual AI Marketplace showcase and safe catalog synchronization.
  • Self-Correcting Link Parser — public-link collection, normalization, and quality control for compliant research workflows.

Responsible automation

I work only with authorized accounts, data, and integrations. I do not build systems for spam, fake engagement, platform-restriction bypassing, unauthorized access, or actions performed without the account or data owner’s consent.

Have a repeated workflow that consumes team time? Send its inputs, expected outcome, frequency, systems involved, and constraints. The first step is to determine whether it is suitable for a measurable automation pilot.
