A bunch of UI tweaks

[TheJeran]

• Removed unused dependencies and associated scripts
• Updated the adjust menu to better highlight that there are two different settings
• Masking and dimslicers are now popover buttons.
• Colorbar no longer shows the units if units are undefined
• reduced the span for country borders to avoid the crossing lines. Need to revisit how to use the commented out code
