Removes [mysql2](https://github.com/sidorares/node-mysql2). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [mysql2](https://github.com/sidorares/node-mysql2), [@platformatic/runtime](https://github.com/platformatic/platformatic) and [platformatic](https://github.com/platformatic/platformatic).
