Design-only audit trail for the Cortex Subnet 100 arcade marketing site drawn in Paper (file 01M204NFTFSVRW6QG78AC7EM6B, Overmind visual clone remapped to Cortex green #1F4945).

• docs/audits/SN100_ARCADE_PAPER_FABLE_2026-09-08.md — board ids for every page (Design System, Components, Website 1440, Responsive 768/390, Motion & SFX), design tokens, Overmind steal notes measured live, operator locks (nav order + Start mining CTA, dedicated transparent hero art per route, "% of emissions" copy), owner canon carried on the boards, export list, known gaps. Marker: SN100_ARCADE_PAPER_READY.
• docs/audits/assets/ — four generated pixel-art hero assets keyed to transparent PNG (cabinet, proof trophy, bounty bug, mine pickaxe), referenced by the Paper boards.

No product, scoring, emission or consensus semantics change. No code paths touched.
