docs(audits): SN100 public site Paper file audit

Summary

Design audit for the Cortex Subnet 100 public website drawn in Paper file 01M1W80AKTEMHD0RTNA38GCZFN (“Cortex Subnet 100”). Adds docs/audits/SN100_SITE_PAPER_FABLE_2026-09-08.md with the IA, every board id and measured height, the token rewrite, the exported @2x JPG paths, and the marker SN100_SITE_PAPER_READY.

What changed in the Paper file (not in this repo):

• Tokens rewritten from the old black / Inter / Space Grotesk set to the Cortex marketing system (cream #FAF8F4, ink #211F1C, structural green #1F4945, glass nav #FAF8F4EB; Newsreader display, Instrument Sans body, JetBrains Mono code), mirroring the Landing vNEW names.
• 01 · Website: Home, Proof, Bounty, Mine, Docs, Status at 1440 Light on the Owner routes (/, /proof, /bounty, /mine, /docs, /status), a Nav + Footer components board, and dark twins for Home, Proof and Status — all with real fixed heights. The four broken legacy boards were replaced.
• 04 · Responsive: Home, Proof and Bounty at 768 and 390.
• 03 · Design system: tokens, type, controls, table pattern, empty / loading / error / 403 / 503 / success states.
• 05 · Motion & states: Proof 503 (no topic), Bounty unpaired (401), Status chain down.
• 02 · Research console: read-only ctx status + verdict-envelope board.

Second pass folded in the 2026-09-08 sampled gateway state, labelled “sampled · subject to change” everywhere it appears: Proof can_score true with open ids dt-no-ib-v0 / muon-vs-adamw-10m-v0 (family, payout and budget deferred to each signed document), Bounty can_score false with the scoring backend unconfigured, and the exact install one-liner in every terminal.

Product truth on boards follows the Subnet Owner canon: Proof + Bounty only (8000 / 2000 bps — the 7000 in docs/BOUNTY.md is treated as doc drift), interim burn UID0 callouts on Home and Status, BYOK Lium, InferenceOffer as judge only, a single digest-pinned eval image, no invented leaderboard names, TAO prices, payout dates or claim that the prod GPU path is proven, no green-filled CTAs, and none of the stale BASE / Prism chrome.
