fix(accessibility): validate runtime ARIA states

Superseded by #230, which now owns the single src/components/editorAccessibility.ts writer lane and contains this PR's finite aria-invalid / aria-required validation together with the direction and accessibility-metadata/BCP-47 hardening.

Historical exact evidence retained for traceability:

• RED head 83d230735aa38c1013b6032dbde4178b1db9a219 established the runtime ARIA contract on the ordered stack.
• Source-repair head 4b4a5b93bfb37e2a8cf0aa6f382a29f464c8ed1d remained without hosted CI/Security/SAST because its PR base was the fix(accessibility): validate runtime text direction #203 branch rather than main; absent workflow evidence is not passing evidence.
• fresh formal reviews and unresolved inline threads were zero before closure.

Issue #206 remains active through Closes #206 on #230; this PR is closed only to remove the competing stacked writer. No predecessor evidence is transferred to #230.
