Conform converts Final Cut Pro `.fcpxml` and `.fcpxmld` files to Final Cut Pro 7 XML (XMEML v5) for import into Adobe Premiere Pro. It reads FCPXML v1.6 to v1.14.

Conform also creates a report listing known items that may look or behave differently in Premiere Pro. Each entry includes the item name, timecode and affected range, and the same ranges are marked in the converted timeline. Title text and line breaks become editable text in Premiere Pro.

The 3D appearance of Motion templates, title tracking and leading, and transitions other than Cross Dissolve are not translated. DaVinci Resolve has not been tested. Current versions of After Effects do not import the generated XML, and Avid is not supported.

Conform is made by ZUNO WORKS K.K. and requires macOS 14 or later on an Apple Silicon Mac. The direct-download version is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarised by Apple. You can analyse a project and export one XML for free. A licence is a one-time purchase.
