Synchronizing lab repositories currently adds and removes cache entries but never updates an existing entry. After a server-side rename or URL/folder change, cached objects continue returning old values and lookup by the new name fails.

Refresh the existing object's fields in place, including clearing a removed optional folder, so references held by callers remain current. Adds regressions for changed and omitted folders and name-based lookup.

Validation: all 843 tests pass on Linux. Both new regression cases fail before the fix. No live CML controller was required.
