Problem / Motivation

CodeEntropy carries its own copy of the Renovate config, community-health files and CI workflows, and the same files are duplicated and drifting across the other CCPBioSim repositories. CCPBioSim/.github now provides shared Renovate presets, organisation defaults and reusable workflows (release 0.2.0), so CodeEntropy can use them instead of maintaining local copies.

Proposed Solution

• Extend the shared Renovate presets, keeping the reviewers local.
• Remove the local issue templates, pull request template, contributing guide and code of conduct, so the organisation defaults apply.
• Replace pr.yaml, daily.yaml, weekly-docs.yaml, dependency-floors.yaml, coveralls-main.yaml and the license-year workflow with short callers of the shared workflows, pinned to a release SHA. The regression jobs stay local.
• Keep the workflow file names so the README badges keep working.

Alternatives Considered

• Adopt in stages as separate pull requests.
• Keep the local copies and update them by hand.

Expected Impact

• Fewer files to maintain here, and shared updates arrive through Renovate.
• Issues and pull requests use the organisation templates.
• The release workflow is unchanged and will be moved in a separate change.
