Bump portal component images (dispatcher, ingress, portal-enterprise, portal-data,
tenant-provisioning-service, analytics-server, authenticator, db-upgrade-portal,
db-upgrade-rbac, upgrade-verify, tls-automator) from 5.3.3 to 5.4.2.3, and
rabbitmq message-broker to 5.4.2
Bump the example Gateway (portal-ssg) to gateway 11.2.0, and its
portal-bulk-sync/gateway-init-portal images to 5.4.2
Bump the portal-g2c-agent example image to 5.4.2
Update the portal-integration readme's version reference to 5.4.2.3
Fix the g2c-agent Makefile target: it was looking up an ingress-nginx-controller
service that this example no longer installs (the repo's example README/
otel-elastic README both document the switch to Contour as the ingress
controller). Updated the sed lookup to use contour-envoy in the projectcontour
namespace, matching what make contour/make contour-kind actually deploy
Point the grafana-stack Makefile target at grafana-community.github.io/helm-charts,
following Grafana's Jan 2026 chart repo migration
