Upstream 8.0.x added Redstone Flux support and several new blocks/pipes (RF engine, MJ dynamo, RF pipes, distiller help, robot breaker, zone planner, timer, pluggables) but the Chinese localization never caught up. This adds the 50 keys that exist in en_US.lang but were missing from zh_CN.lang, so Chinese players now see proper names/tips for all RF-era content.
