Summary

This adds a GitHub Actions workflow, .github/workflows/publish-mirror.yml, that publishes release images through the shared reusable workflow Blockstream/ci-components/.github/workflows/publish.yml@v1.

  • Native linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 builds, merged into one index and signed with keyless cosign.
  • Immutable version tags.
  • The destination and the publishing identity come from repository secrets and environments, so nothing about them appears in the repository or in public logs.
  • Existing workflows and the existing image publishing do not change.

This depends on Blockstream/ci-components#4 (merged), which adds tags, platforms, build-args, image-name and the secret-based identity to publish.yml, and on its release into v1 (Blockstream/ci-components#5). Ready to merge.

Replace the GitLab CI publishing scripts with a GitHub Actions caller of
Blockstream/ci-components publish.yml: native amd64 and arm64 builds,
immutable version tags, keyless cosign signature. The destination and
identity come from repository secrets and environments.
