…e engine-neutral core Extend MatrixSpec with the setup dimension, validation hooks, and run controls so the Polars matrix is a per-engine spec with thin wrappers, matching the DuckDB shape. The shared runner and analyzer now serve both engines; the Polars scripts delegate to them with identical dry-run output and analysis results.
