The update dialog never showed release notes:
release.ymlgave every release the same fixed line, and the dialog rendered that line as the notes. The real notes were only in theRelease X.Y.Zcommit messages.scripts/release-notes.tsbuilds the notes from the release commit: it drops the subject and trailers, rejoins hard-wrapped lines and appends the verify link. A commit with no summary paragraph publishes with only the link and logs a workflow warning.release.ymlpublishes those notes with--notes-file, written outsidedist/release, with no commit text interpolated intorun:.Updater.checkremoves the verify link, so the dialog shows no notes box for a release with nothing else in its body.AGENTS.md,README.mdandDESIGN.md(Round 13) are updated.Tested with the full suite, against the real v1.10.3 and v1.10.4 tags, and in a depth-1 clone. The workflow itself first runs on the next release.
