This PR modernizes and substantially expands the project README to better explain CosmoPipe’s purpose, structure, and typical usage, helping new users understand how to install, configure, and run analyses in the intended “run root” workflow.
Changes:
- Replaces the minimal README with a detailed introduction, capabilities list, and high-level “how it works” description (processing functions, data blocks, placeholders).
- Adds clearer installation instructions (including advanced installer options) and end-to-end “configure and run” guidance.
