Reacta — drug-drug interaction prediction framework A multimodal DDI prediction system combining a heterogeneous biomedical knowledge graph (DrugBank, TWOSIDES, STRING) with GAT/R-GCN link prediction and BioBERT-derived molecular embeddings from SMILES data, aimed at handling cold-start prediction for novel drugs. Wrapped in a .NET platform with role-based access, an integrated chatbot, and FastAPI microservices for inference.
