This PR incorporates updates targeting the following JIRA ticket: O2-7113.
It includes the following two major updates:
The list of particles to be injected has been revised and reduced to prioritize a small-scale MC production.
QA code has been added to check the generated-level information of the injected particles in the produced MC samples.
