The submitted cognitive-kb graph now uses CC BY 4.0, meeting Jim Balhoff's CC-BY/CC0 requirement. Repository-owned knowledge-base content and exports have an explicit license and attribution scope; software remains MIT. Explicit incompatible page licenses fail the submission check.
Add registry signposts, graph-specific SPARQL queries, and preserved live OKN responses that reproduce a join through Wikidata keys, identifier-mappings and Ubergraph: 43 rows across 39 pages. Mappings remain candidate correspondences; obsolete ontology labels are preserved and documented for review. Reusable capture, replay and bundle methods live in docxology/daf-okn, with an immutable revision pinned for offline CI replay.
Validation: 764 tests passed, 97.70% branch coverage; Ruff, formatting and mypy passed; all 37,567 wiki links and 325 Markdown links resolved; submission machine criteria passed. Actual replay and canonical-byte bundle verification passed, with real negative controls for licenses, hashes and network-capable replay queries.
Registry submission: frink-okn/okn-registry#535. No lakeFS access is available yet; the verified local package and unsent access-request draft are ready. Hosting, ingestion and deployed query verification remain external steps.
