Exclude SQLite native libraries from the bundle and update the Typesafe Config and PostgreSQL driver versions - #827
…fe Config and PostgreSQL driver versions
- Use the `without-natives` classifier for `sqlite-jdbc` in the sbt build, and mark it as `provided` in the Maven `core` module
- Bump Typesafe Config to `1.4.9` and the PostgreSQL JDBC driver to `42.7.14`
The lock acquisition code now identifies SQLite duplicate-key failures by matching the exception message. The build declarations change SQLite scope and ordering. The Typesafe Config, PostgreSQL, and SQLite versions increase.
The code routes SQLite failures containing SQLITE_CONSTRAINT_PRIMARYKEY in the exception message to the existing ticket-retry path. Existing SQL-state checks remain.
Dependency declarations and versions pramen/core/pom.xml, pramen/project/Dependencies.scala, pramen/project/Versions.scala
The Maven SQLite dependency gains provided scope. The Scala dependency list moves SQLite before MongoDB, Slick, and PostgreSQL. The Typesafe Config, PostgreSQL, and SQLite versions increase.
Consumers relying on default local SQLite bookkeeping may fail at startup, while unusual lock failures and inconsistent Maven builds remain possible. These issues should be addressed before merge.

Explanation
Issue #826 requires SQLite to be absent from client runtime dependencies. pramen/project/Dependencies.scala declares sqlite-jdbc with sbt Provided scope. pramen/core/pom.xml declares it with Maven provided scope. TokenLockJdbc detects SQLite constraint errors from the exception message and does not reference org.sqlite.SQLiteException. These changes support clients that add SQLite only when needed. Issue #826 specifies no separate automated-test requirement.

Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
pramen/project/Versions.scala updates typesafeConfigVersion and postgreSqlDriverVersion. Issue #826 concerns only SQLite dependency removal. These two version changes have no demonstrated connection to that objective. The SQLite version update and lock-handling change support the linked issue.
Resolution
Remove the Typesafe Config and PostgreSQL driver version updates from this pull request, or link them to a separate coding requirement with supporting rationale.

A rabbit checks the lock once more, SQLite leaves a clear clue at the door. New versions hop into the build, While dependency lists are reordered and filled. The retry path waits, steady and bright.

Change the sqlite-jdbc entry in CoreDependencies to provided scope (for example,
% Provided with the without-natives classifier), and keep SQLite on the Test
classpath where tests use it, so sbt-published POMs no longer declare SQLite as
a compile dependency. If the sbt build is not the published artifact path, state
that in the PR and provide the evidence.
- Out of Scope Changes check:
Remove the typesafeConfigVersion and postgreSqlDriverVersion changes from this
PR and move them to a separate PR with its own issue or rationale. Keep the
sqlite-jdbc changes in this PR.

Match SQLite exceptions by class name in TokenLockJdbc.
With sqlite-jdbc now provided, a consumer without it does not have org.sqlite.SQLiteException on its classpath. A lock failure that reaches case Failure(_: org.sqlite.SQLiteException) then throws NoClassDefFoundError instead of reaching the SQLState 23000 duplicate-lock handling. Check the class name instead of using a type pattern.
Suggested fix
- case Failure(_: org.sqlite.SQLiteException) => // SQLite+ case Failure(ex) if ex.getClass.getName == "org.sqlite.SQLiteException" => // SQLite, matched by name so the driver is not required

Keep the SQLite fallback loadable when sqlite-jdbc is provided.
With provided scope, Maven consumers no longer get sqlite-jdbc transitively. The default bookkeeping config still falls back to org.sqlite.JDBC on a local or YARN client master. Bookkeeping initialization then fails with ClassNotFoundException when no SQLite driver is on the classpath. Either keep sqlite-jdbc available for this fallback, or check the driver and fail with a message that names the missing dependency.
Trigger path
reference.conf sets bookkeeping.enabled = "true" by default.
isDriverRunningOnEdgeNode returns true only for Local and YARN Client masters.
BookkeeperConfig returns org.sqlite.JDBC with jdbc:sqlite:pramen.sqlite only in that case.
Bookkeeper.fromConfig passes that config to PramenDb(jdbcConfig), with no catch around it.
JdbcNativeUtils calls Class.forName(jdbcConfig.driver) when no driver instance is loaded.
getNewConnection retries, then rethrows.
