[BUG]: Backend build fails — test_server.go has unused variables (go build ./... errors)

Bug Description

go build ./... fails on main due to unused variables in backend/test_server.go:

.\test_server.go:38:9: declared and not used: user
.\test_server.go:47:9: declared and not used: user

test_server.go appears to be a stray test/scratch file at the backend root (package arguehub) that shouldn't be committed — it breaks a clean backend build and blocks CI / anyone building from scratch.

This is distinct from #547, which is about frontend TypeScript build errors; this is the backend Go build.

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the repo root: cd backend
2. Run go build ./...
3. Observe the compile errors from test_server.go (unused variable user at lines 38 and 47).

Hi @Ri1tik, could you please assign this to me? I will confirm the go build ./... failure locally, then fix backend/test_server.go (unused user variables at lines 38/47 — remove the stray file or repair it, whichever you prefer) and verify a clean backend build.
