[BUG]: Community Feed subheading has poor visibility in Dark and High-Contrast themes

Bug Description

On the Community Feed page, the subheading displayed directly below the Community Feed heading is clearly visible in the Light theme but has poor contrast and visibility in the Dark and High-Contrast themes.

The affected text is:

"See what the community is debating about"

The current text color does not provide sufficient contrast against the background in Dark and High-Contrast themes, making the subheading difficult to read.

Steps to Reproduce

Sign in to the application.
Open the navigation menu.
Navigate to Community Feed.
Observe the heading and subheading below it.
Switch between Light, Dark, and High-Contrast themes.

Actual behavior
Light theme: The subheading is clearly visible.
Dark theme: The subheading has poor contrast and is difficult to read.
High-Contrast theme: The subheading also has poor visibility and does not provide sufficient contrast.

Expected behavior
The "See what the community is debating about" subheading should remain clearly readable across all supported themes.

The text color should adapt appropriately to the active theme and maintain sufficient contrast against the page background.
