There are a couple known bugs in the current build and is it possible for them to get fixed for an update?
Ones I've heard of are:
-Randomizing hair doesn't change the hair tab you're on
-Randomizing hair doesn't retain hair slots when you save the card
-----fixed if you manually select the hair after randoming to it, as I understand it
-Extension hair types jump to the end of the list when trying to scroll through them
