Add support for Tokamak

• probably need to replace httpz.Request/Response types with anytype
• port example_01 to a tokamak version
• write an external program that uses tokamak and this lib, to ensure no build conflicts

Above is done and merged to main

Will port CatAution2 to Tokamak, as this will prove that pub/sub works with it ... then that should be enough to close this issue
