wine: Try experimenting with wow64 wine builds.

Fedora's WineHQ wine builds are now compiled using WoW64 support, resulting in dropping dependencies on 32bit libraries entirely.

This might be desireable from a storage space (and potentially maintainability) perspective, resulting in a much "cleaner" setup.

I'd like to suggest experimenting with the said wine build(s) and assess their viability to be used in the BitwigBox project.

Unfortunately Bitwig provides only official .deb and Flatpak builds, and doesn't seem to be in Fedora repos. I would have used a Fedora base if this wasn't the case, though. Is there a way to install it on Fedora that you know, or was this just an oversight?

I wrote an .deb to .rpm conversion script for Bitwig + I regulary build my own rpm builds for the latest releases I will make an pull request with everything setup

Oh, yeah, thanks Arielle, I just commented on the PR #4 without having read this lol. Now I get it.

It seems that yabridge does support 32-bit plugins, but from what I'm reading that works through translation and doesn't require the system have 32-bit libraries. I'm not sure about Bitwig, though, in deps.sh I commented that it would need the 32-bit libraries as well, but I can't find such a requirement anywhere. I guess I shall experiment.

From experience with the wow64 builds on fedora I can say it is a bit complicated to build the wow64 wine build at the beginning but once it is set up it is okey but not really supportive of some plugins I had troubles with Serum2, a lot of Waves Plugins and a lot of Plugin Alliance vst's I would not recommend it when you want reliability and comp-ability... Going to do some tests too on Wednesday :3 I belive I was able to run 32bit plugins with the wow64 as well as 64bit aswell yabridge on the other side I think I have had set up back then to use another wine build locally
