What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load form_validation library
2. Load form_helper
3. set rules and validate
4. Attempt to display errors using any method.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Errors message to be displayed.
Instead: Form does not validate and no error message displayed.
This is a known issue with Matchbox 0.9.x and there was a work around provided
at: page12.com but that site seems to have been removed.
