Is there a way to limit duplicated warnings?

Is there a way to limit duplicated warnings, I've just seen a colleague working on a page which had 25,000 warnings, causing the page to become almost unusable. The issue was caused by a component that was repeated many times on the page, and so just a couple of accessibility issues with that component caused thousands of errors.

I appreciate fixing the accessibilty issue would solve this issue, but in the meantime development is severly affected as the warnings are slowing down the page significantly.

We can solve it by using a conditional statement like if (...) { /* warning message */ }.
This approach can be helpful in Webpack/Babel plugins and command-line tools to prevent duplicate warnings.
