Custom leveling system for regulars

To show off the regularity of users we want to introduce leveled regular roles.

Acceptance Criteria

• Roles Regular Level 1 to 3
• when conditions are reached, the role is automatically granted to the users
• the roles replace each other. when someone is level 1 and reach level 2, the get the level 2 role, while the level 1 role gets removed.
• when the decay condition is met, the level goes down my one. from 2 to 1 to no role.
• level 3 does not decay.

Open Questions, to be defined

• when does one reach level 1?
• when does one reach level 2?
• how does the decay work?
• when does one reach level 3, which will not decay once reached? agreed that it is an exceptional role to get.
• ⚠️ Architecture needs to be defined on how to track activity of users.
