frog doesnt work in threading

I tried running frog in combination with multithreading. It did not work.
(we talked about this in the ponyland irc)
A cleaned example of my script is attached.
I hope the example is clear. I later discovered there are a few more bugs in the example i did not spot earlier because I did not pass the frog part. I will upload a new example when all is fixed.

Might the same issue as this old one, reported by @marijnkoolen:

Frog(FrogOptions(parser=False, ner=False, chunking=False, morph=False, numThreads=4))

TypeError: expected bytes, int

numThreads=b"4" does work (and is obviously very inelegant)

Actually, the above is NOT the same as the original issue, original issue doesn't use numThreads but wraps things in Python's own multiprocessing support, which doesn't combine well with Frog due to Python's Global Interpreter Lock.
