Might be wise to combine or reorganize some sections in Graph chapter

It is currently hard to see the correspondence between some of these representations since the images are split across sections. For example, the graph defined in 9.2 and its matrix representation in 9.4.

It might be worth considering doing something similar in the trees chapter. e.g. combining operations and implementation sections for the various algorithms.
