a folder with the same name appear but create files such as package.json

**Describe the bug**
When a folder already existing and has same file, error below is displayed
`--------There is a file with the same name chosen-----------`

**Expected behavior**
There is a need to make sure that when another folder exist when creating, we throw an error and not create any file
