Once it is stable we need to integrate the [`free_zipcode_data`](https://github.com/midwire/free_zipcode_data) gem for retrieving/updating location data, as the old data files are obsolete. This will involve replacing the current rake tasks `zipcodes:update_states` - counties - countries etc.
