Requesting to update MIEngine reference

Feature Request

This PR microsoft/MIEngine#1605 was merged on Jul 10 and I've been patiently waiting for vscode-cpptools to pull it in so that I can release the debugger script. But it appears that there's no regular cadence to pull in new versions of MIEngine here.

So I humbly request that you update the MIEngine reference :)

tzcnt Ok, I should have an answer by next week. Seems like the last update was 2.5 months ago or so.
