Switch search highlights to use <mark> for accessibility #1249

Spotted in RAC conversion but unrelated. We currently have <Text key={i} as="mark" color="inherit" bgColor="#6C4BC14D" borderRadius="md" p="0.5"> but span -> mark will get the highlights read out. Needs a quick screen reader check.
