Patch subject prefixes are missing

The prefixes of a patch Subject: [prefix] <subject> differ from the mailing list's one.

How to reproduce:

I have reproduced it with this patch:

You can find it at the Git mailing list.

Where the full subject is:
Subject: [PATCH GSoC v6 00/10] cat-file: extend remote-object-info to support %(objecttype)

However the patch-hub subject for this patch appears as:
Subject: [PATCH v6 0/10] cat-file: extend remote-object-info to support %(objecttype)

The prefix GSoC is missing.

Expected behavior:

Both Subjects to be the same
