Add anchor (<a>) tag with Coder's github profile on the page Coders

Hi, everybody!

In the Coders page doesn't exists a way to visist the contributor profile on Github.
Better sayng, if I want see what some coder have in your github, I need search your user in the Google or Github Searchbox till find then.

I think with the link to Coder profile, the integration between the contributors will increase and the Open Source Community will be the biggest beneficied.

Can I implement this on the project?

I opened this issue and I am doing that enhancement.
I finded some trouble to setup the workspace but tonight I will send the PR.
