Make vsix file available in Azure Data Studio marketplace
Why is this needed:
The omni.vsix file available in the visual-studio-code release is already compatible, since both applications have the same electron base, but it does not appear in the Azure Data Studio marketplace, requiring the manual installation of the .vsix file

This compatibility is not intuitive, I installed it according to the One Dark extension readme
