Subject: [PATCH] fix(website): repair blog merge fallout that blocked the site
 build

The #1173 merge left a glued-together blog index entry, a duplicate
Block import in the new post body, and stale lanes code in Queen.tsx.
These type errors failed the deploy gate, so the published post never
went live. Restore the entry boundary, drop the duplicates, and remove
the dead lanes branch.
