Unable to see any SFDX commands from Command Palette

Good Day,

Starting this Morning (Pacific Time), our teams (located all across the US) are unable to access any SFDX commands from the command palette in Code Builder.

To Reproduce:

Open Code Builder
Close any forlder you may have open, to start from scratch
Open command palette and type "SFDX: Create Project with Manifest" (or just SFDX to see the available options)

We are expecting to see the available SFDX options, whereas nothing is found.

Java is installed properly, and it is in the $PATH
sf/Node is installed correctly in $HOME/.sf/bin/ and contained in the $PATH

Both commands above are available from the console.

Code Builder Setting's Java : Home Path is correctly pointing to /usr/lib/jvm/java-21-openjdk-amd64

Our team identified a bug related to this and we have a PR in process that should be released later this week. forcedotcom/salesforcedx-vscode#6586
