Rename this project to avoid confusion with DomainTools.com

Can you please rename this project to avoid confusion with DomainTools and https://github.com/DomainTools/python_api ?

Suggest "domainparser" or something like that.

Apparently this package was uploaded to PyPI by a third-party dev,
I'm contacting him to remove it

I think this should still be renamed to avoid confusion though
