Improve UX when processing a long-time command

Right now, mrgit displays output once a command finishes processing it. For time-consuming commands, i.e., cloning repositories, a user does not know if it hung up or still processing.

Could we use Listr2 to tell the user that some executions are done/WIP/failed?

Progress update: Listr integration in mrgit

Summary
The integration of Listr is now mostly functional. The tool provides real-time feedback when operating across multiple repositories, improving clarity and UX compared to the previous threaded implementation.

Key changes

• Added Listr-based task management, enabling live progress reporting per repository.
• Removed the custom concurrency layer in favor of Listr's built-in async task control.
  • Simplified the codebase - no more thread-based subtask handling.
• Retained support for the --recursive flag via nested subtasks.
• Began migrating blocking commands to fully async versions (two completed so far - status and exec).
• Asynchronous execution allows proper Listr rendering in the terminal.

Next steps

• Continue converting remaining synchronous commands to async.
• Evaluate renderer options for clearer progress visibility.
