ruined the whole reformed norse campaign. I don't know fix but managed to narrow it down to this.

unrelated but fraticelli default law is insane, everybody has negative vassal income which also ruins the whole religion, it is enabled by default ai doesn't switch the law. maybe make frat_priest_1 the default one and make ai never change that. and fraticelli by default always keeps your temple vassal income at negative.

alternatively reduce opinion bonus to 10 and remove the penalties.
