Docs: missing `ORIGIN.md` breaks doc-set parity across the Shell.* family

Shell.ddd and Shell.Factory both ship an ORIGIN.md documenting where the code came from. Shell.Aop and this repo do not, even though both carry a DISCLAIMER.md that refers to original authorship.

For a library family that markets itself on governance consistency, the doc set should be identical across all four repos.

Acceptance criteria

• ORIGIN.md added, following the structure used in Shell.ddd/ORIGIN.md.
• Linked from README.md alongside DISCLAIMER.md.
