azdevs.org points to Chinese website

I was wondering if this was abandoned, or if it is pointing somewhere else since azdevs.org points to a Chinese website now, and (according to [Wayback Machine](http://web.archive.org/web/20200809053204/https://azdevs.org/)) hasn't been accessible since 2021.
