Dependency on an obsolete version of hunspell

Description

vendor/hunspell/ChangeLog lists the last update from 2011-02-16. Since then at least this vulnerability was fixed. Chances are, there are more since the project is being actively developed.

Please either upgrade the imported source to the newer version or back-port any relevant fixes (the code which was fixed has changed, back-port will not be trivial).
